Excellent hotel in a HANDY location close to great restaurants & bars, affable personal. Fresh bread, fruit, omelet, and cheese in the terrace for breakfast.

Everything there was fantastic and the staff were extraordinarily friendly and amicable. The rooms were clean, with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television, comfy bed. The location was favourable and stunning, very near to center, I greatly enjoyed the hotel. It was near Izmirli'nin Yeri, where you can have dinner.

The hotel had a charming and traditional decoration, with beautiful Turkish carpets and colorful artwork that brought a sense of culture to the place. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate and enjoy. Additionally, the hotel's central location and close proximity to attractions made it convenient for us to explore the city without having to walk long distances.

It would have been better if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests, especially in terms of providing extra assistance or offering any special services tailored for our comfort.

I always choose this hotel because it feels like home. The staff helped me with my suitcases, which I still remember. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. This place suits me perfectly. Coming back for a city trip!

The rooftop terrace was a highlight of my stay, offering a stunning view of the city. I loved spending evenings up there, enjoying the sunset and the cool breeze. the owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even provided us with chilled bottles of water and insisted on driving us to the airport, free of charge. It was a great gesture that made us feel valued as guests.

the bathroom was in a terrible condition, with lots of mold and a rotting door. It made the whole experience quite uncomfortable.

all in all the hotel is cute, it has excellent staff and cheap rooms. the property has a good and stunning location, it's near a tram station.

Nothing everything was great.

Located in the heart of the historical area near Hadrianous Gate, this hotel is in a prime location. With its proximity to major attractions and being on the crossroads of everything, it's perfect for exploring the old part of the city. The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and some even offer balconies. The owner, Mr Hasan, is kind and helpful, providing useful information and even complimentary bottles of water.

The hotel lacks an elevator, making it difficult for those with heavy luggage.

The hotel had a lovely traditional decor that reminded me of days gone by. The beautiful furniture, vintage wallpapers, and antique lamps created a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. It made me feel right at home and added a touch of elegance to my stay. The hotel also had wide hallways and spacious common areas, which made it very accessible for senior people like me. I didn't have to worry about cramped spaces or difficult navigation, and I was able to move around comfortably throughout my stay.

The only small improvement I would suggest is for the staff to be more attentive to the needs of senior guests. While the children working there were friendly and polite, I felt that they could have been a bit more proactive in assisting older guests with any special requirements they may have had.

Our cheap room was equipped with the basics like a balcony and Wi-Fi. Functional bathroom was nice. All of the staff was really helpful and very very helpful and attentive to guests. Location: the hotel was next to old town and night and day life and bus station and historical attractions...

Centrally located near shops, tram, and supermarket. Good views from rooftop terrace and balcony. Manager was helpful, finding budget eateries and providing an extension lead for charging phone. Great hospitality and helpful owner made us feel comfortable. Ideal location in the middle of the city. Air conditioning in rooms. Good breakfast served personally. Close to bus and tram stops for easy access to beaches and waterfalls. Grocery shop nearby. Plenty of eateries, tour companies, and souvenir shops. Keeper drove guests to the airport and even bought pastries for the journey. Basic room with AC. a decent place to rest before the next journey.

I stayed at Sunrise for 5 nights during a backpacking trip. The owner was incredibly kind and spoke English fluently. They provided free mineral water and towels on the first night, and the hot showers were perfect. The toilet and bed were clean, and the heater worked well. The location in the old city was convenient, with a great view of the clock tower from my window. The tram to the bus station and airport was very close, making it easy for travelers. The breakfasts were delicious, with a fantastic view from the rooftop. There was a minimarket across the street and plenty of cafes nearby. a wonderful experience.

The breakfasts at the terrace were a delightful way to start the day, accompanied by a cup of Turkish tea. As I indulged in the fresh eggs, olives, and bread, I felt like a sultan overlooking my kingdom from the rooftop. It was a truly regal experience.

Stairs might pose problems for elderly guests.

The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing clear instructions for getting to the hotel and even driving us to the bus stop. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the nearby ruins. The location was ideal, close to the entrance near Hadrian's Gate and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The air conditioning worked well, which was important in the humid weather. a great experience for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints at all.
